Up to 72 hours before the scheduled event or stay, the customer may request to reschedule to a different date according to availability; or if the customer is no longer interested in the service or cannot be present, Waves Ceremony will offer a refund.
Within 72 hours of the scheduled event or stay, Waves Ceremony reserves the right not to refund the amount of the booking, granting, however, the possibility to reschedule to a different date according to availability.
With 24 hours or less to the booked event or stay, both the option to cancel the booking or to reschedule it to a different date will no longer be available
In case of a vessel malfunction, Waves Ceremony has the responsibility to arrange a backup boat that is equivalent or superior in quality. If unable to do so, the amount of the booking will be refunded.
In case of navigation being prohibited by authorities, Waves Ceremony may reschedule to another date or offer a refund as chosen by the customer
